Terms and Conditions for Premierwin Games and Competitions
Guidelines and Rules Governing Participation [updated 28 September 2025]
- Introduction
- 1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions, games and prize draws (“Competitions”) launched and or operated by Premierwin Competitions LTD (“the Promoter” “we” “our” “us”) featured on our website www.premierwincompetitions.co.uk and/or mobile applications (“platform”), affiliated social media owned and/or operated by us and/or live games. These terms bind the customer (“participant”, “you”, “your”, “entrant”) in a contract upon creation of an account and/or by taking part in any Competition launched by us.
- 1.2 By registering your details and/or taking part in our Competitions, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these
- 1.3 Where Terms of play differ on any specific game promoted on our website, these rules will take precedence over those listed in our general Terms or may be used in addition to.
- 1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and/or cancel or postpone any Competition due to unforeseen circumstances, with updates posted online.

Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms the following definitions apply:
- “Account” means your registered user account on the platform.
- “Business Days” means weekdays Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- “Closing date” means the end of the promotion period
- “Competition” means any competition, game, prize draw, instant win game, wheel spin, memory game, scratch card, treasure hunt and/or other promotional activity operated by us on our platforms, social media or live.
- “Draw” means the point in which a winner is selected at random.
- “Entry” or “Ticket” means you have agreed to participate in a competition whether paid for or free.
- “Entrant” means any person who enters a competition.
- “Free” means there is no obligation to make a purchase to enter the competition
- “Identification” means driving licence (full or provisional), passport, any other government issued photo identification, proof of address recent utility bill, council tax bill. Where required completed winner verification form.
- “Live” means where a competition is held in a public place without the use of the platform, where a draw takes place in real time and/or winner is presented with their prize.
- “Opening date” means the start of the promotion period
- “Platform” means our website, mobile applications, and any associated digital services.
- “Prize” means any reward offered in connection with a competition.
- “Prize Winner” means the person selected to receive a prize
- “Promotion period” means the period during which a Competition is open for entries.
- “Skill Question” means a question requiring knowledge, judgement, or skill that must be answered correctly to validate entry
- “Social Media” means but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube
- “Wallet” means your digital account balance on the platform
Competition Types
We operate various type of Competition on our Platform including but not limited to:
- 4.1 Traditional Prize Draws – competitions with a start date and predetermined end date where winners are selected at random via a draw carried out by a certified number generator.
- 4.2 Live draws are streamed where possible.
- 4.3 Independent verification is available upon request.
- 4.4 Instant Win Games – games where outcomes are determined immediately using certified random algorithms.
- Instant Win Games are designed to specific odds and payout percentages.
- 4.5 Our Instant Win Games include:
- Scratch card games: Virtual scratch-to-reveal games
- Wheel Spins: Spinning wheels with pre-determined outcomes
- Memory games: Match-the-pairs style games
- Treasure Hunt games: Multi-choice selection games
- Card games: Flip and reveal card games
- Coin Flip: Virtual coin toss games
- 4.6 Multi-Prize Competitions – competitions offering multiple prizes of varying values
- 4.7 Time-Limited Flash Competitions – short duration competitions with rapid entry and draw cycles.
- 4.8 Skill-Based Competitions – competitions requiring correct answers to skill questions to continue play and validate entries.
- 4.9 Live Games – where people are invited to take part in a game of our choosing and can include but not limited to coin flip, what’s in the box, there and then. Live Games will generally form part of our publicity and marketing campaign.
Competition Mechanics
- 5.1 Incorrect answers invalidate entries
- 5.2 Results cannot be influenced by player skill, timing or actions
- 5.3 Technical malfunctions void all affected games.
- 5.4 Visual animations are for entertainment purposes only
- 5.5 Multiple plays allowed subject to game limits
- 5.6 Game odds are clearly displayed before play
- 5.7 Return to player percentage published
- 5.8 Independent verification of game mathematics
- 5.9 Regular auditing of actual vs theoretical return
- 5.10 Game software undergoes regular independent testing
- 5.11 Manipulation or exploitation attempts result in disqualification
- 5.12 Detailed logs for verification purposes are maintained by the Promoter.
- Eligibility
- 6.1 Competitions are open to residents of mainland U.K (England, Scotland, Wales) aged 18 years or over.
- 6.2 Employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- 6.3 Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
- 6.4 Proof of eligibility may be requested, and failure to provide it within a reasonable time frame may lead to disqualification, and any prizes won being forfeit.
- 6.5 Where a person is found to be under the age of 18 when entering a competition whether via our platform or live, their entry will be disqualified, without refund (where a refund is applicable). Any accounts on our platform will be locked, with any remaining credits refunded, until the individual is 18. Proof of eligibility is provided to unlock the account which can take up to 24 hours.
Account
- 7.1 You must provide accurate, complete and current information to create your account
- 7.2 You may only maintain one active account
- 7.3 You must verify your identity – name, address, residence status, age - if/when requested
- 7.4 It is up to the account holder to ensure all account details always remain up to date.
- 7.5 Password
- 7.5.1 You must take all reasonable steps to always keep your password secure.
- 7.5.2 Choose a password which is memorable to you and avoid using a password that is easy to guess. Regular password updates are encouraged.
- 7.5.3 Your password and log-in details should not be shared with anyone, nor should you allow anyone else to access or use your account
- 7.5.4 If you are unable to remember your password, it can be reset by following the instructions on our website and when prompted providing requested security information.
- 7.5.5 Failed repeated verification attempts could result in your account being suspended. If this happens follow the onscreen instructions on our website or email support@premierwincompetitions.co.uk
- 7.6 Security
- 7.6.1 Always ensure you log out of your account at the end of any session and do not save or store your password on any shared device
- 7.6.2 Two-factor authentication is recommended
- 7.6.3. Immediate notification required for security breaches.
- 7.6.4 The Promoter shall not be held responsible nor liable for any unauthorised access to your account through the failings of the account holder to ensure the security of their account or failure to ensure they have appropriate online security in place on their devices.
- 7.7 Dormant Accounts
- 7.7.1 An account will become dormant after 12-months of inactivity with a notification sent to the account holder before an account is classified as dormant.
- 7.7.2 Once an account becomes dormant, the account holder will no longer have access to the account until the account is reactivated through a verification process.
- 7.8 Suspension and/or deactivation of account
- 7.8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account if the Promoter believes the account holder has breached the Terms set out by the Promoter or is using the account for anything other than what the account is intended for which includes but not limited to:
- Chargeback abuse
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of responsible gaming policies (see clause 14).
- 7.8.2 Either party can terminate accounts with notice. When an account is terminated any remaining wallet funds are returned to the account holder (subject to verification)
- 7.8.3 Competition entries may be voided upon termination.
- 7.8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to terminate an account with immediate effect where a serious breach (clause 7.8.1) has occurred.
- 7.8.5 Where an account has been suspended or deactivated and you believe this should not have happened, appeals can be made by emailing: support@premierwincompetitions.co.uk
Competition and Entry Details
- 8.1 Each competition is skill-based, requiring entrants to correctly answer a question or complete a task set by the Promoter (“Entry Task”)
- 8.2 Entry options include:
(a) paid route, payable each time you enter. Entry fees will be clearly marked for each game to allow entrants to determine whether they would like to participate in the chosen game.
(b) free entry route, ensuring compliance with UK law, will be available for each competition.
- 8.3 Competitions will run throughout the Promotion period with an Opening Date and Closing date clearly started. All Competitions will open at 09:00 GMT/BST on the opening date and close at 23:59 GMT/BST on the closing date. Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted and may still be charged.
- 8.4 Competitions may pose a maximum entry limit. Where this is activated the maximum number of entries per entrant will be stated. Multiple entries are allowed up to this limit, but automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- 8.5 Online entry route
- 8.5.1 To enter via the online, paid for route:
- Create and verify your platform account.
- Select the Competition you wish to enter.
- Choose the number of entries/tickets you wish to pay for.
- Complete payment into your wallet (where applicable)
- Confirm your entry details
- Answer the associated skill-based question.
- 8.5.2 Online entries are confirmed when payment is processed.
- 8.5.3 Payment will only be deducted from your wallet for games played.
- 8.5.4 When taking part in a Competition draw, all allocated tickets purchased by the entrant will be stored in their wallet. The allocated tickets will be archived in your wallet following the draw relating to said competition taking place.
- 8.6 Free entry route
- 8.6.1 To enter via the free entry route:
- Send a postcard or sealed envelope by first- or second-class post to our registered address
- Entries should state clearly the Competition you are wishing to enter, your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address.
- Entries should also include the answer to the skill-based question associated with the Competition you are entering for.
- 8.6.2 Each postcard/sealed envelope constitutes as one entry.
- 8.6.3 Each free entry will be allocated a number when opting to enter our draw competition. Your allocated number will be sent to you via email.
- 8.6.4 Each free entry to an instant win or spinning wheel competition, the competition will be played by the computer on the entrant’s behalf. Outcomes will be relayed to you via email.
- 8.6.5 All data relating to your entry submission will be securely destroyed within fourteen (14) business days of the Competition being played/draw taking place.
- 8.6.6 The Promoter will not be held liable for any postal entries lost or damaged in the post, nor will be held responsible for any late entries regardless of reason.
- 8.6.7 The Promoter will not make contact to confirm entry submission where the entry task question is incorrect, or eligibility requirements have not been met (see clause 6)
- 8.7 By entering the Competition you are confirming you meet any eligible criteria of competition entry and that you accept the Promoter’s Terms.
- 8.8 Only confirmed entries are eligible for prizes
Payment
- 9.1 Payment into your wallet can be made via the following accepted methods of payment:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- other digital services Apple Pay and Google Pay
- 9.2 All cash balances contained in your wallet is referred to as credit.
- 9.3 Payments must be made in GBP £
- 9.4 Entry prices for each competition are displayed clearly on the platform and include applicable VAT
- 9.5 All competition entries are final and non-refundable.
- 9.6 If a Competition is cancelled, refunds will be provided in line with Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Information on how to claim your refund, when refunds are not automatic, will be provided on the website. All refunds will be credited to your wallet
- 9.7 Technical errors may result in refunds at our discretion.
- 9.8 Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
Wallet
- 10.1 Your wallet is created automatically upon registration
- 10.2 Your wallet stores credits for Competition entries and will decrease each time a Competition is played inline with the Competition entry fee
- 10.3 Funds can be added via the accepted payments outlined in clause 9.
- 10.4 Winnings under £500 are credited to your wallet
- 10.5 Withdrawals
- 10.5.1 Wallet funds can be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policy.
- 10.5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount from your wallet is £20. A withdrawal of any amount less than £20 cannot be made from your wallet.
- 10.5.3 Withdrawals can only be made up to the amount contained within your wallet.
- 10.5.4 To make a withdrawal complete a claim form which will automatically be sent when a withdrawal request is made.
- 10.5.5 Withdrawal requests will be actioned within 48 hours and money deposited into the account holders nominated bank account using the details submitted in your claim form. The Promoter will not be held liable for any delays due to the payment timescales of your nominated bank account.
- 10.5.6 The bank account must be in the name of the account holder and cannot be paid into any alternative bank account. If no bank account is available a cheque or postal order will be posted to the address of the account holder submitted upon registration within seven (7) business days.
- 10.6.7 Any cheques/postal orders will be sent via registered post and must be cashed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any cheques/postal orders failed to be cashed within the time given.
Prizes
- 11.1 Prizes are as stated in the competition announcement and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- 11.2 The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value, or offer a cash alternative, if circumstances make this necessary.
- 11.3 Any cash alternative offered will be done so based on the current retail price of the unavailable prize item.
- 11.4 Winners are responsible for any taxes, expenses and/or travel arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
- 11.5 Cash Prizes
- 11.5.1 Cash prizes under £500 will be credited to your wallet within 24 hours
- 11.5.2 Cash prizes over £500, vouchers, tickets, physical items will require the winner to complete a claim form
- 11.5.3 Cash Prizes can only be paid into the winners nominated bank account using the details submitted in the claim form.
- 11.5.4 The bank account must be in the name of the winner and cannot be paid into any alternative bank account. If no bank account is available a cheque or postal order will be posted to the address of the winner which must match the address details your account is registered with. Where a winner has entered via the free entry route the address must match those given on your free entry submission.
- 11.6 Physical Prizes/Vouchers
- 11.6.1 Delivery to a mainland UK address, of competition prizes will occur within 30 days of your claim being accepted, with the Promoter not liable for postal delays, losses or damage.
- 11.6.2 If a prize is damaged on delivery, entrants are to notify Premierwin Competitions within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery.
- 11.6.3 Some prizes may have geographic restrictions.
- 11.6.4 Prize delivery may involve third party suppliers including but not limited to Amazon, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail
- 11.6.5 Prize suppliers’ terms and conditions are in addition to the Promoters Terms. Including:

- 11.7 Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to an alternative winner
- 11.8 Identification (see clause 3) may be required on delivery of any competition prize
Winner Selection and Notification
- 12.1 Winner Selection
- 12.1.1 Winners of our draws will be selected at random using certified random number generation.
- 12.1.2 Winners of all other competitions are chosen randomly from other verified processes.
- 12.1.3 Processes are independently audited and verified.
- 12.1.4 Selection process is recorded and archived.
- 12.2 Notification
- 12.2.1 Winners of cash prizes under £500 will be notified of their win via a pop up on their screen and cash credited to their wallet.
- 12.2.2 Winners of cash prizes over £500 and physical prizes will be notified of their win via a pop up and the request to complete a claim form.
- 12.2.3 Where the winner has entered via the free entry route a claim form will be emailed to the email address provided on their entry submission with instructions as to how to return the completed form.
- 12.2.4 Claim forms must be submitted within seven (7) business days of being notified of being a winner. Contact will then be made by one of our team within fourteen (14) business days of your claim form being received and verified to arrange delivery.
- 12.2.5 A total of three (3) attempts will be made to contact the winner, using the contact details you submitted on your claim form which must match those registered to your account. Where a free entry route has been made the contact details on your claim form must match those on given on your free entry.
- 12.3 If no contact is made after the third attempt or the claim form not submitted within the specified time frame, the prize will be deemed as unclaimed.
- 12.4 Prize disqualification
- 12.4.1 If the winner is deemed to have been ineligible (see clause 6) to enter the Competition or is unable to provide proof of identification where requested (see clause 3), the prize will be deemed as forfeited and unclaimed. No refund will be offered.
- 12.4.2 Winners may be disqualified if it is found they have breached these Terms or have engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- 12.5 The Promoter’s decision is final.
Data Protection, Publicity & Marketing
- 13.1 Publicity
- 13.1.1 Winners’ names, general locations and prize won may be shared for publicity with an option to opt out before the Closing date or by opting out of publicity when completing your claim form.
- 13.1.2 Winners first names and prize won may still be used for the Promoter to maintain transparency of prizes being claimed.
- 13.1.3 When opting out of publicity, details contained in your claim form will be retained for monitoring and auditing purposes. This information will only be shared when requested as part of the auditing and monitoring process and not made public.
- 13.2 Marketing
- 13.2.1 Registration will include auto-enrolment into our marketing email unless you opt out of receiving such correspondence which can be done using the unsubscribe option featured at the bottom of any marketing email.
- 13.2.2 By entering our competitions, entrants agree we may use your details, including name and area where you are from, photographs, or video related to your win for promotional purposes on both our website, social media channels and any other reasonable marketing materials of our choosing in perpetuity.
- 13.2.3 Those taking part in our live games, do so on the understanding footage recorded will be used either immediately on our website and/or social media platforms and can be used in perpetuity.
- 13.3 Data Protection
- 13.3.1 All information collected as part of the registration and competition process is used for competition administration, prize delivery and auditing and monitoring purposes and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.
- 13.2.2 As part of data protection laws, you may request data usage or any information we hold about you by submitting a subject access request to support@premierwincompetitions.co.uk
- 13.2.3 You may withdraw consent of use of your personal details, but this may prevent prize claims being honoured and/or entry fees you have paid for being forfeit.
- 13.2.4 All information held by the Promoter taken upon registering for an account will be deleted as soon as practicable or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner, of an account request to deactivate being acknowledged and confirmed.

Responsible Gaming

Technical Terms
- 15.1 We am for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
- 15.2 Scheduled maintenance will be performed with 24-hours advance notice, delivered via email to keep our systems up to date
- 15.3 Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- 15.4 While the system is in downtime, credits will not be available to spend
- 15.2 Technical Errors
- 15.2.1 System malfunctions void affected games
- 15.2.2 Display errors do not create entitlements
- 15.2.3 We reserve the right to correct obvious errors with any affected players notified of significant technical issues.
- 15.3 Data backup, Recovery & Software Updates
- 15.3.1 Disaster recovery procedures in place and business continuity plans tested regularly
- 15.3.2 Player data protection prioritised
- 15.3.3 Platform software updated regularly
- 15.3.4 Critical security updates applied immediately
- 15.3.5 Feature updates communicated to users
- 15.3.6 Backward compatibility maintained where possible.
Intellectual Property
- 16.1 All platform content is owned by us or has been licensed for our use with trademarks, copyright and design rights protected
- 16.2 User generated content is automatically licensed to us for platform operation
- 16.3 No rights are granted to users except where specified by us in writing
- 16.4 No copying, redistribution or modification of any platform content without the Promoter’s express written consent
- 16.5 No reverse engineering, or decompiling, automated access or data scraping
- 16.6 User generated content
- 16.6.1 Where an opportunity presents itself for users to submit content, the user retains ownership of submitted content
- 16.6.2 Any content submitted will automatically grant the Promoter a licence to use said content for platform operation in perpetuity
- 16.6.3 When submitting content, users warrant they have rights to submit said content.
- 16.6.4 The Promoter uses and accepts all user generated content in good faith
- 16.6.4 Inappropriate content will be removed at our discretion.
Liability and Disclaimers
- 17.1 The Promoter is not liable for entry issues due to technical failures, network problems, or other external factors.
- 17.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12-months
- 17.3 The Promoter is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
- 17.4 The Promoter is not liable for loss or injury, including death, from prize acceptance, except where loss, injury or death is a result of the Promoter’s negligence, preserving your statutory rights.
- 17.5 Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties
- 17.6 The promoter does not always guarantee 100% service
- 17.7 Links to external sites and/or third-party content are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or approval by the Promoter.
- 17.8 The Promoter is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or content of external sites and users visit them at their own risk.
- 17.9 The Promoter provides no warranties on prizes beyond the manufacturer guarantees
- 17.10 Insurance and warranty responsibilities become the responsibility of the winner once prize is claimed.
- 17.11 The Promoter is not liable for prize defects after delivery caused by the negligence of the prize winner
- 17.12 Force Majeure frees the promoter from any liability or obligation due to an act or event beyond our control. This includes but not limited to:
- Acts of God – natural disasters
- Changes in government actions, laws or regulations
- Labour strikes are disputes
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
Compliance and Regulation
- 18.1 The Promoter operates its platform and services under the compliance and legislation of the Gambling Act 2005 as set out by the Gambling Commission.
- 18.2 Staff undergo regular training in regulations governing services provided by Premierwin Competitions Ltd
- 18.3 The Promoter carries out regular compliance reviews and audits in line with guidance of acts and/or codes of conduct of, but not limited to, the following:
- The Gambling Act 2005
- Data Protection Act 2018
- UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Advertising Standards Agency (ASA)
- Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP)
- Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA)
- Information Commissioners Office (ICO)
- 18.4 The Promoter will carry out due diligence checks on large cash payouts including verifying the winner’s details and identity (clause 3) and eligibility (clause 6) before a transaction is actioned.
- 18.5 The Promoter may at its discretion carry out spot checks to ensure competition entrants meet eligibility requirements (see clause 6)
- 18.6 The Promoter will continue to carry out suspicious activity monitoring of its systems and where necessary report to relevant authorities.
- 18.7 The Promoter will comply with all payment processing regulations.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Every effort has been taken by Premierwin Competitions Ltd to make sure things don’t go wrong, however, even with the best efforts and intentions we know that they can.
- 19.1 If you have a complaint or grievance, please email your concerns to info@premierwincompeitions.co.uk clearly stating the issue in question and/or any competition it refers to
- 19.2 Complaints will be acknowledged within seven (7) business days of receipt and handled initially by a customer service advisor with a response within fourteen (14) business days.
- 19.3 Where an unsatisfactory response is received, you have the right to ask for the complaint to be escalated to senior management who will respond within fourteen (14) working business days of the complaint escalation request.
- 19.4 In all situations, responses will be given in written form, either by email or when requested by post.
- 19.5 Where a resolution has failed to reach a satisfactory conclusion, either party has the right to apply for an alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This can include:
- Mediation to a reach a voluntary agreement satisfactory to both parties
- Arbitration involving an arbitrator who will make a binding decision based on evidence, from both sides, put before them
- Early Neutral Evaluation where an evaluator will assess the strengths and weakness of each party’s case and provides a likely outcome if the case were to go to court.
- 19.6 As a last resort, the complainant may take their grievance to a small claims court – fees apply, and legal costs may be awarded to successful parties.
Changes and modification
- 20.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend and modify our Terms with 30 days’ notice given via an email alert.
- 20.2 Any changes to our terms will be highlighted within the email notification
- 20.3 Continued use of our platform constitutes the acceptance of any changes made
- 20.4 Previous versions of our Terms will be archived and made available upon request
- 20.5 Features, services and competitions may be added or removed.
- 20.6 Competitions will automatically be removed once the closing date has been reached and where required a draw to determine the winner has been carried out.
- 20.7 User feedback considered for major changes
- 20.8 Grandfathering of existing commitments where reasonable.
- 20.9 Ongoing competition rules generally not changed
- 20.10 Emergency changes allowed for legal and safety reasons
- 20.11 Affected entries may be refunded if materially prejudicial
- 20.12 Participants notified of any rule changes
General Conditions
- 21.1 Entire agreement
- 21.1.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- 21.1.2 These Terms constitute the complete agreement
- 21.1.3 Previous agreements and representations are superseded by any new Terms created.
- 21.1.4 All Terms will be in written form, and any oral modification or addition will be classed as null and void (NOM) any written amendments will require the signature of at least two persons identified by the Promoter.
- 21.1.5 Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms. Reasonable substitute provisions apply for invalid clauses
- 21.2 Waiver
- 21.2.1 Our failure to enforce provisions is not a waiver.
- 21.2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to waive any of the Terms, where that right, does not unfairly prejudice against others in doing so. Any waiver must be in writing. Any single waiver does not waive future breaches.
- 21.2.3 We reserve all rights unless explicitly waived.
- 21.3 Assignment
- 21.3.1 You cannot assign these Terms without the consent of Premierwin Competitions Ltd
- 21.3.2 We (the assignor) may assign our rights and obligations to a third party (the assignee) during a business transfer
- 21.3.3 Successors and assigns remain bound by these Terms
- 21.4 These Terms do not create rights for third parties pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- 21.5 Prize suppliers may enforce relevant warranty provisions
- 21.6 Regulatory bodies retain all statutory rights
